Orders & Customization
Can I customize my order?
Yes! Most of our items are customizable with your choice of colors, sayings, fonts, ribbons, beads, tassels, and hardware. Options are listed on each product . If you need help creating the perfect combination, feel free to reach out!
I have a custom idea. Can you make it?
Possibly! Send a message with your idea and I’ll let you know if it’s something I can create.
Processing & Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
Each item is handmade to order. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location. I use USPS to ship my orders so most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $35 ship free within the U.S.
Local Orders
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery within 10 miles of downtown Summerville, SC for a small fee. Please only select this option if you are within the delivery area. We will reach out to coordinate delivery time.
Do you offer local delivery?
Also yes! Free local pickup is available in Summerville, SC, 29483 (exact address will be sent in an email when your order is ready). If you select this option at checkout, please wait for an email that your order is ready and head to the pickup location listed on the email at your leisure. Item(s) will be in a box with your name.

Are your items handmade?
Yes! Every item is designed and made by hand in my small business.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Because items are handmade and colors may appear slightly different on screens, small variations may occur. That’s part of what makes each piece unique!
Gifts
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! We encourage it! Orders do not include pricing, making them perfect for gifting. When you are ordering and customizing your gift, you will be able to add a gift message that I personally write on a nice card.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because most items are custom made, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and I’ll take care of it.
